✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is in its original condition and packaging.

You can request a return if:

  • Your item arrived damaged

  • The product is not as described

  • You changed your mind (conditions apply)

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, treats, supplements)

  • Used items (e.g., chewed toys, worn apparel)

  • Grooming products or health items

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)

  • Customized or made-to-order products

📮 How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@pcfpetsupplies.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the return address provided. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was incorrect or damaged.


💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider).

  • If your return is denied (e.g., used or damaged item), we’ll notify you with an explanation.


🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original product for a refund and place a new order.


🐾 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Oh no — did something go wrong? We’re really sorry about that.

  • Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We’ll do our best to send a replacement, offer a refund, or resolve the issue as quickly as possible — no stress, just solutions.
