Here’s what you need to know about returning or exchanging your PCF Pet Supplies purchase:

• Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange items for a full credit.
• Shipping Costs: We don’t refund shipping charges unless we sent you an incorrect item. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include the packing slip or a copy of your transaction.
• Exceptions: Custom orders and Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Price Adjustments: With your receipt, we’ll honor price adjustments for full-price items marked down within 7 days of your purchase.
• Refunds: We’ll issue a credit to your original payment method within 2-3 business days of receiving your return. You’ll get an email notification once the refund is processed. (Please note your bank may take additional time to post the transaction.)
